What is it?
The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires drivers to undergo a 5-panel urine drug test along with a breath alcohol test. Our facility complies with all DOT protocols, including collection procedures, proper environment, and certified personnel. We also offer on-site testing, allowing employees to complete the test during their regular shifts. Discounts are available for bulk testing and prepayment.
All DOT-related tests must use the “Federal Chain of Custody” form, and samples are sent to SAMHSA-certified labs for analysis and reviewed by a Medical Review Officer (MRO).
What is the turnaround time for results?
Results are typically available within 2-4 business days and will be emailed to you.
